It stated that I should be going a 8:48-9:10pace for tempo runs & I guess my concern is that because I am going much faster on my training runs that either I won't be able to do that on race day & Obviously I don't want either scenario to happen so what I will try to do is shoot for around 8:30-8:35 on the tempo runs & run like you stole something.W/ all that said I do have a tempo run(5miles total/3miles at a pace of 8:49pace) today(w/ my running partner) so I have told her we HAVE TO go at a 8:35-8:40 pace.

-ne We witnessed an amazing sight last night.We had gone to Victoria, about 30 miles down Hwy 59 from us. The first time we have eaten out in a long time.....Back to my tale.On the way home, about 10:00pm, we saw the most amazing sight.The southbound lanes were bumper to bumper traffic. It continued for the entire 30 miles that we travel Hwy 59, until we turn off on our little FM road to home.

My father, Steve, is living for eternity and is praising God… even though my two sisters are denying that my father, Steve, was a Christian, I know better… father and I, spent countless minutes on the phone talking about Jesus and my gospel lyrics that I had written… my father was proud of me and my writings… and, father encouraged me to continue to write no matter what happened in our lives. (BMI) and they are handling my royalties of my song that was made into a demo and is being turned into a record real soon… LaWanda, the singer who is going on tour with our song, is going to record it and prayerfully, it will be accepted by the public… please pray that it will… I am still writing on my blog more lyrics… have a lot to write for the Lord, Himself and for witnessing to His people around the world… non-believer and believers, alike… I am writing my lyrics for you… because God loves everyone, you are His children, His creation… never be afraid of Him… please… For, God so loved the World, He sent His only Begotten Son, Jesus, to come down from Heaven and to die on the cross… to take away the sins of the world and grant us His Peace… alas, only a few are listening and hearing this message… please, let it be you… would love to see you in Heaven with the rest of God’s precious children when the time is right, of course.
