-ne Yet another week goes by without any consistancy in my running. Lovely run.Last Sunday I dragged myself out of bed after 3 hours sleep because I watched the World Cup cricket to run the 10k Sri Chinmoy at Princes Park. It means I don't run as much but the benefit is that my legs work better and I have less stress on my knees.Sunday is the Puffing Billy run and I am really looking forward to that.
